I was born in Norman, OK and raised by my grandparents in Moore. I grew up singing in church and school choirs, but by age 12 I was singing country music professionally on Las Vegas stages. I took every opportunity I could to perform, from local festivals to major concert events. By 19, I signed with an independent label and released my first country album, "Cruise Control" on Speedway Records. The album hit number one on multiple international country music charts including Italy, Scotland, Ireland and Nova Scotia. I toured for a year and a half before deciding I'd rather do something a bit heavier than what I'd become accustom. Additionally I wanted the camaraderie of an ever-present band, in contrast to the studio musicians and touring musicians I was working with at the time.
I found what I was looking for in Siva Addiction, and since founding the band, I have evolved into a stronger more powerful vocalist than I could have ever imagined being. I've pushed myself to limits I never knew existed and have reaped the rewards of feeling confident and beautiful in my own skin. Being on stage and belting out my soul for the fans is absolutely a drug for me. I feed off the energy of the crowd and off the energy of my band mates. It's a surreal experience each and every time we take the stage together and I am truly thankful to be living the life I get to live. To the fans, as long as you keep feeding me energy I'll keep giving it back to you through our performances. Thank you for supporting our addiction to this crazy life we call music.
I use both Sennheiser & Electro Voice wireless microphones and Shure in-ear monitors.
